BEUTEL GOODMAN BALANCED FUND - (Class A BTG772)
This fund seeks to enhance long-term capital value by investing in cash and cash equivalents, fixed-income securities and Canadian, U.S. and International equity securities.

BEUTEL GOODMAN CANADIAN EQUITY FUND - (Class A BTG770 / Class F BTG100)
This fund seeks long-term capital appreciation primarily through investments in common shares and other equity securities of established Canadian issuers. The number of securities held is generally in a range of 35-45 issues. No foreign issues are held.

BEUTEL GOODMAN CANADIAN EQUITY PLUS FUND - (Class A BTG873)
This fund seeks long-term capital appreciation primarily through investments in common shares and other equity securities of established Canadian issuers. The number of securities held is generally in a range of 80-90 issues. In addition, the fund will also invest in foreign issues.

BEUTEL GOODMAN CANADIAN INTRINSIC FUND - (Class A BTG870)
This fund seeks long-term capital appreciation primarily through investments in common shares and other equity securities of established Canadian issuers. The maximum number of issues held in both domestic and foreign stocks is 18 in total at any one time.

BEUTEL GOODMAN CANADIAN DIVIDEND FUND - (Class A BTG875)
The Fund’s objective is to achieve a balance between high dividend income and capital growth by investing mainly in a diversified portfolio of blue-chip Canadian common stocks and in high-yield preferred stocks and interest-bearing securities. The Fund may also invest in foreign issues.

BEUTEL GOODMAN SMALL CAP FUND - (Class A BTG799 / Class F BTG104)
This fund seeks long-term capital appreciation primarily through investments in common shares and other equity securities of Canadian issuers with an adjusted market float between $100 million and $1 billion at time of purchase. The number of issues generally held is 30-50.

BEUTEL GOODMAN AMERICAN EQUITY FUND - (Class A BTG774 / Class F BTG105)
This fund seeks long-term enhancement of capital primarily through investments in common stocks and other equity securities of American issuers. The number of stocks generally held is 30-45.

BEUTEL GOODMAN INTERNATIONAL EQUITY FUND - (Class A BTG798 / Class F BTG107)
This fund seeks long-term enhancement of capital primarily through investments in common stocks and other equity securities of non-North American issuers. The number of stocks generally held is 30-45.

BEUTEL GOODMAN INCOME FUND - (Class A BTG771)
This fund seeks to earn a high rate of income return by investing primarily in fixed income securities of Canadian government and corporate issuers.

BEUTEL GOODMAN LONG TERM BOND FUND - (Class A BTG871)
This fund seeks to earn a high rate of income by investing primarily in long-term fixed income securities of Canadian government and corporate issuers.

BEUTEL GOODMAN CORP/PROVINCIAL ACTIVE BOND FUND - (Class A BTG971)
This fund seeks long-term capital appreciation and a high rate of income by actively managing a portfolio primarily consisting of (i) short term debt instruments of Canadian Government and corporate issuers, and (ii) long term fixed income securities of Canadian issuers which have a rating of at least "BBB" by a recognized Canadian rating agency.

BEUTEL GOODMAN WORLD FOCUS EQUITY FUND - (Class A BTG776)
The World Focus Equity Fund holds 20 to 30 “best of world” companies recognized as leaders in their respective industries. The Fund is unconstrained by geographic or sector limits and will differ greatly in construction and performance from the MSCI World.

BEUTEL GOODMAN MONEY MARKET FUND - (Class A BTG773)
This fund seeks to earn a competitive short-term rate of return while maintaining a high level of liquidity by investing in high quality Canadian money market instruments such as treasury bills, short-term government and corporate securities and deposit receipts of Canadian chartered banks and trust companies having a term to maturity not exceeding one year.
